3. Workers nearby browse and express interest.
4. You choose who to accept and arrange payment directly with them.

If you're looking for work

1. Browse jobs near you — free, no account needed.
2. Express interest with your phone number and an optional message.
3. If the requester accepts, you'll see their contact details.
4. Agree timing and payment directly, then do the job.

Why it's safe-ish by design

Every job is screened before it goes live, phone numbers are only shared once someone is accepted, and jobs auto-expire so listings stay current. See Safety for more.
